What’s the format of the Habitly classes?

After you book one of the classes, you will receive confirmation and reminder emails on how to join that virtual class. At the time of the class, you will be connected with that particular group fitness instructor. The instructor will be guiding you and others, in real time. 

What do I need for joining a class?

You just need a stable internet connection, a computer or a tablet with a webcam and a little bit of space to have full body exercises. Please download the Zoom app on your device, set your display name to the name you used for class registration and use the class link on your confirmation or reminder emails.

Will others be able to see me?

It is recommended that you keep your video enabled so that your fitness instructor can guide you on the exercises and your posture. 

What type of classes and times do you offer?

We are already offering several classes like Barre, Zumba, Pilates, Total Body Workout, Core Express, Yoga Basics, Yoga Flow, Rest & Restore Yoga and several others! Every week, we are adding new instructors and classes. So please subscribe to stay in the loop!

How much does it cost?

You can buy 10 classes for $50 or Monthly Unlimited Classes for $80. Drop in class rates are somewhere between $5 to $10 each. Note that unlike all other gyms, our instructors take majority of the earnings for every class you attend. 

Cancellation and Late Policy?

If you cannot make it, please use the “Change / Cancel Appointment” button on the email received, at least one hour before the class time. Otherwise, your class package or promo code cannot be reused. Please try to join at the exact time. Depending on the class format and the instructor, it may not be possible to let you in if you are too late 

Will I be charged automatically in future months?

If you buy any of our monthly or recurring subscriptions, then you will automatically be charged again in one month. 

You can cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the renewal.

Any discount code used will only be applied for the first month. Starting from the second month, you will be charge the full price of the monthly subscription. For any of class packages you buy, it will just be a one-time charge.

What is the refund policy?

You can make a refund request to info@habitlfyit.com up to 7 days from the date of the transaction. An administration processing fee of 10% will be applied to your refund request. After the 7 days, we will not be able to process the refund as the instructor may have already been transferred the amount; Habitly’s instructors take home the majority of the class earnings.
